The WFIL McBumper Sticker Sweepstakes is underway, and Captain Cash is cruising the streets of Philadelphia looking for cash winners!

Restorian and contributor ROB FRANKEL didn't have a lot to work with here. This was a tightly-edited aircheck, and it's obvious whoever made the recording was only interested in capturing George Michael. It's also a very narrow-band recording - but it IS classic George Michael on one of the greatest Top 40 stations of all time.
