This all-too-short and 'scoped sample of Steve Lundy (1942 - 1999) on KILT, Houston, begins with a 20/20 News report by Bill Van Dyke. It's April 9, 1968 — the evening of the Lundy is pumped, loud and loose, with an absolutely stunning variety (not diversity) of Top40 music, featuring "Lundy Underground" rock, a hot dance R&B double-play and some "outasite" pop. Lundy so obviously enjoyed his work, this one made me smile.
