TOP STREAM 132Kbps (11Khz STEREO)
. . . It's very hard for a disc jockey to listen to his own radio station . . . Description by Uncle Ricky This is an exceptionally great exhibit featuring outstanding talent. Bob Lewis and Gus Gossert are featured back-to-back, just as they were May 8, 1970 on WCBS-FM in the nation's Number One radio market. Both hosts mix cutting-edge album rock and current pop with obscure and kinky oldies. If it didn't work then, it certainly works now. The familiar variety is greatly refreshing. Lewis features two different versions of his jingle. We also hear, for the first time, a jingle introduction for Gossert. In fact, the staging between the two shows is reminiscent of big-time network presentations, complete with a "click" and the official network announcer ID between the shows.
