Part of Norm Gilbert's gifts to REELRADIO several years ago included a reel of jingles from KSFO in San Francisco. The marvelous and historic Mel Torme jingles featured on this site were among these. Norm's extensive contributions included cuts from what we thought were a PAMS series titled "Enchanted City", (but boy, did we ever get beat up on that, see COMMENT) and instrumental and acapella cuts from another series, which we suspect was custom material from L.A. via Johnny Mann.

So, the comment lines are open to correct any misconceptions for these TWO jingles for KSFO in the '60's - *NOT* PAMS Enchanted City (featuring Trella Hart) and the classic Sound of the City all male acapella from ... Johnny Mann?
