[Description by Uncle Ricky] Another amazing recording of Big Dan Ingram from the Golden Age of WABC and the Super Hit Sound with The Hotline of Hits! He's WILD on this one! Excellent fidelity, with a touch of reverb, either from WABC-FM or a studio air monitor. It was 'scoped, so the music has been restored for a delightful sample of 1964. Lots of great PAMS jingles, too. The fidelity is so good, we can hear some carts "slide" into alignment, and even some electrical clicks when they start! Plus, The Beatles are appearing on Shindig tonight on ABC-TV! Tech note from Uncle Ricky: All music was restored. Unfortunately, the newscast was not included.
