Sounds like a hometown radio station giving it their best shot, though I suspect the General Manager had something to do with the Joey Heatherton pick.

Jay Robbins sounds pretty fresh. I wonder if this was his first radio job?

Contributor Tom Konard told me he used to send out blank reels of tape, and ask for airchecks. That's undoubtedly how he came by this one.
